"When I feel bored and don't know what to do, or when I want to forget bad moments of the day, I simply open the amaziograph app and select any symmetry I like. Then, I draw an object, flower, animal, or shape, and turn it into pattern. To embellish my pattern, I use doodle fillers like sparkles, leaves, and so on . Designing patterns is meditative therapy for me. Since I suffer from anxiety, my doctor suggested that I avoid meditation. So, I started designing patterns for at least 5 minutes a day. This helps reduce my negative thoughts and anxiety, and while I'm drawing patterns, I forget everything else and just focus on the pattern. It increases my focus of mind and mindfulness. I suggest that you spend atleast 5 minutes designing patterns or any kind of art. If you're interested in starting to draw patterns and you don't have this app, you can also draw on paper. You can also use these patterns as wallpapers for your mobile phone and laptop."
